제1조 (목적)Article 1 (Purpose)

이 약관은 (주)서울쿡(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 웹사이트 seoulcook.com(이하 "사이트")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website seoulcook.com (the "Site"), operated by SeoulCook Artisan Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and of users.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)Article 2 (Effect and Amendment)

1. 이 약관은 사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.These Terms take effect upon publication on the Site.

1. "사이트"란 회사가 브랜드 및 제품 정보를 제공하기 위해 운영하는 seoulcook.com 및 그 하위 페이지를 말합니다."Site" means seoulcook.com and its sub-pages, operated by the Company to provide brand and product information.
2. "이용자"란 사이트에 접속하여 정보를 열람하거나 문의를 제출하는 자를 말합니다."User" means any person who accesses the Site to view information or to submit an inquiry.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)Article 4 (Services Provided)

1. 회사는 사이트를 통해 브랜드·제품 정보, 레시피 콘텐츠, B2B·수출 및 일반 문의 접수 서비스를 제공합니다.Through the Site the Company provides brand and product information, recipe content, and intake of B2B, export and general inquiries.
2. 사이트는 현재 일반 소비자를 대상으로 하는 직접 판매(전자상거래) 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 자사몰 오픈 시에는 전자상거래에 관한 별도의 약관이 적용됩니다.The Site does not currently offer direct-to-consumer sales. When the online store opens, separate terms governing e-commerce will apply.
3. 회사는 시스템 점검, 설비 보수, 천재지변 등 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.The Company may suspend the service temporarily for system maintenance, repairs, force majeure or other unavoidable reasons.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)Article 5 (User Obligations)

이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.Users shall not:

1. 사이트에 게시된 상표, 로고, 제품명(쌈쌈·핫쌈·토쌈·고쌈 등), 문안, 이미지, 디자인 및 레시피 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다.Rights in the trade marks, logos, product names (SsamSsam, HotSsam, ToSsam, GoSsam and others), copy, images, design and recipe content published on the Site belong to the Company.
2. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·전송하거나 2차적 저작물 작성 등의 방법으로 영리적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit that material, including by creating derivative works, without the Company’s prior written consent.
3. 언론·미디어 및 유통 채널의 콘텐츠 활용은 회사에 문의하여 별도로 협의합니다.Use of the content by press, media or distribution channels is agreed separately on request.

제7조 (제품 정보의 성격)Article 7 (Nature of Product Information)

1. 사이트에 기재된 제품 사양, 원재료, 인증 현황 및 영양 정보는 게시 시점의 정보이며 예고 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.Product specifications, ingredients, certification status and nutrition information published on the Site are current as at the date of publication and may change without notice.
2. 실제 거래 및 수입 통관에 적용되는 최종 사양은 회사가 제공하는 스펙시트 및 시험성적서를 기준으로 합니다.The specification that governs an actual transaction or import clearance is the spec sheet and laboratory report supplied by the Company.
3. 사이트의 정보는 질병의 예방이나 치료에 관한 효능을 표시·광고하지 않으며, 의학적·영양학적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.Nothing on the Site claims any effect in preventing or treating disease, and nothing on it substitutes for medical or nutritional advice.

제8조 (외부 링크)Article 8 (External Links)

사이트에 포함된 외부 링크를 통해 접속한 제3자 사이트의 콘텐츠와 서비스에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company is not responsible for the content or services of third-party sites reached through links on the Site.

제9조 (면책)Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

1. 회사는 이용자가 사이트의 정보를 신뢰하여 행한 판단과 그 결과에 대하여 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on information published on the Site, or for their consequences.

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 사이트 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제소합니다.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with use of the Site shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
